Roger Tapia - Milburn Demolition

Recently, we used the Cratos THR2000 on a former call center interior demolition project in Lakeland Florida, and we are excited to share our experience with this exceptional equipment. The compact design of the THR allowed us to maneuver easily through tight spaces and narrow hallways, which is crucial in interior demolition. It’s robust build and powerful performance enabled us to handle demanding tasks, such as demolishing and separating wall sections & removing concrete slabs with ease and efficiency.
A standout feature of the THR2000 is its 100% electric drive system, which significantly reduces noise and provides zero emissions. This was particularly beneficial for this project where additional trades were working, and we could not create the necessary ventilation to safely operate combustion machines indoors. This particular project required us to use a machine that produced zero emissions but could also remove concrete slabs while working in Florida’s soft sandy soil. The THR2000 was the perfect machine for this application.
